01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the services. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Fintra Intelligence LTD.
02. API Usage & Licence
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the FintraOS API for your internal business purposes or to build applications for your end users.
Rate Limits
Standard tiers are subject to 1000 req/min limits.
Authentication
API keys must be kept secure and rotated periodically.
Fair Usage
No scraping, bulk data extraction, or system abuse.
Attribution
Applications must credit FintraOS data sources.
- You must not use the API for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the security of FintraOS.
- We reserve the right to enforce rate limits or revoke access for abuse.
03. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to FintraOS (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Fintra Intelligence LTD and its licensors.
The FintraOS trademark, logo, and "Neural Finance" branding are intellectual property of Fintra Intelligence LTD. Nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use the FintraOS name or any of the FintraOS trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.
04. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fintra Intelligence LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
05. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
06. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through our services or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
